However, there are things that you can do if you're feeling emotionally numb, on this episode I'm offering a few ideas to help you through this process. Enjoy!
Where do you find comfort when grieving? In two thousand and eight I experienced my season of grief and a year of massive change in my life. Like many of you, I had to find something that worked for me, and I turned toward spirituality. In that year of multiple losses, my spirituality provided me with a sense of connection, meaning, and hope when facing my heartache. To be honest, meditating and connecting with the universe didn't completely eradicate my grief, what it did help me to do was it altered how I perceived my pain, and be more present with my grief. Today it's my go to and spirituality still helps me to find peace in life, and comfort during any hard times. Enjoy!
