ABOUT

Diane Morgan, Grief Recovery Specialist
Diane T. Morgan, Grief Recovery Specialist
I’ve been where you are—lost, hurt, and wondering if anything could really help.

I work with women both online and in-person, offering personalized support to help them heal, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My sessions blend compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a deep understanding of grief and life transitions.

Originally from England, I followed my adventurous spirit in my twenties—sailing through the Mediterranean and Caribbean—before settling on Martha’s Vineyard, where I’ve spent over thirty years raising my family and creating soulful, purpose-led businesses.

A lifelong learner and spiritual seeker, I’m passionate about helping women navigate grief, life transitions, and reinvention. With compassion, lived wisdom, and practical tools, I guide clients to move through what hurts, rediscover themselves, and begin living a life that feels truly aligned.

My Story

Helping others has always been my passion.

I’ve spent many years in the healing arts—as a Reiki practitioner, energy worker, and hypnotherapist—always drawn to helping people feel seen, supported, and safe in their own skin.

But my deeper work with grief began in 2008, when I lost my dad, my brother, and my mum—each just months apart. That kind of heartbreak cracks you wide open. And as painful as it was, it wasn’t the first time grief had knocked on my door.

Like so many of us, I’ve experienced quiet losses over the years—miscarriages, the end of friendships, the ache of aging, job shifts, pets who felt like family, moving across the world, and watching loved ones struggle with addiction. I realized grief had been part of my life all along. It just didn’t always come wrapped in mourning clothes.

So I decided to learn everything I could. I became a certified Grief & Empowerment Coach, a Hypnotherapist, a Grief Recovery Specialist, and a Grief Educator. But more than my titles, I became someone who could walk with others through their pain—because I’d been there too.

What makes my work different is this: I don’t offer quick fixes. I come with a seat at the table, a listening ear, and the belief that healing starts when we’re allowed to feel it all.

Grief is a storm—and sometimes it feels like it might carry you away. But there’s always a way through, one step at a time. Not by ignoring the pain, but by learning how to carry it in a way that doesn’t dim your light.

Why I Do This Work.... Because I’ve seen what’s possible.

I’ve seen the shift in a woman’s face when she finally feels heard. I’ve seen joy come back. Energy return. Futures rewritten.

My values—honesty, compassion, courage, inspiration, fun, and willingness—guide everything I do. I hold space for your realness, without judgment or pressure. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and gently guide you toward what’s next.

You don’t have to grieve alone. You don’t have to stay stuck in the hard part. There is joy on the other side. Let’s help you find it.
