Are you finding the grieving process a complicated and difficult journey? When we’re dealing with personal losses it’s important to remember that feeling better means taking steps toward healing, and that’s what this session will help you to do.
What are you to do with all of the confusing, painful, thoughts, emotions, and questions? Where do you start?

Your First Step to Healing Session is designed to help you get out of your head, remember who you are, and regain perspective so that you can keep moving forward through your grief and loss. You are only responsible for your feelings.
This session is for those who have lost a Spouse/Partner through death or divorce, lost a job, a pet, financial loss, miscarriage, abuse, or any other losses that can grab us at some point in our lives. If you find yourself feeling like you're unable to move forward in life and feel stuck, then this will help you to get moving.
Your first step is to show up for YOU. Our time together will be 1 hour. I will provide a safe and loving space to help you explore options and work through the transitioning process, adjusting and planning for your changed life. Every griever is different and every situation varies, however, it’s important that you take steps to create momentum and keep moving.
The truth is… We all have a choice about how we want to live. We can decide IF we want to be bitter or better, stay stuck or move forward. We get to choose if we want to find joy and live a full life once again. And we get to create the next step in this journey.
Time does not heal. So, when you feel ready, know that there are many beautiful experiences waiting for you. You just have to reach out and take the first step.
