Your First Step to Healing Session is designed to help you get out of your head, remember who you are, and regain perspective so that you can start to move forward through your grief.
This session is for you if you are feeling like you're unable to move forward in life, you feel stuck, and don’t know who to turn to or where to start.
The first step is to make a commitment to show up for YOU.
During this one hour session I will provide a safe and loving space to help you explore options and work through the transitioning process, adjusting and planning for your changed life. Every griever is different and every situation varies, that’s why it’s important that you take steps to create momentum and keep moving.
The truth is… you have a choice about how you want to live. You can decide IF you want to be bitter or better, stay stuck or move forward. You get to choose if you want to find joy and live a full life once again. And you get to create the next step in this journey.
Time does not heal. So, when you feel ready, know that there are many beautiful experiences waiting for you. You just have to decide to take the first step.
